1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the right side trim of the floor tunnel (see "Removal and installation of floor tunnel linings").

3. Unscrew the relay bracket mounting nut...

4. ...and remove the bracket together with the relay and fuse for the electric fan of the engine cooling system.

5. Remove the engine cooling fan fuse from the socket and replace it with a new one.

6. Unscrew the nut securing the electric fuel pump relay...

7. ... remove the fuel pump relay from the connector and replace it.
8. Replace the remaining fan motor relays and the main fuel injection system relay in the same way.

9. Remove the plastic cover of the diagnostic connector and fuel injection system fuses...

10. ...and remove the blown fuse.
11. Install the new fuse into the mounting block in the reverse order of removal.
