The windshield wiper operates in three modes:
- Mode I - intermittent, provided by the electronic relay K6, installed in the mounting block. This relay also includes the windshield wiper motor (low speed) when turning on the windshield washer;
- II mode - constant with low brush speed;
- III mode - constant with high brush speed.
To remove and install the windshield wiper on your car, you will need: a flat-blade screwdriver and a 10 mm spanner.
1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Use a screwdriver to pry off the decorative caps on the wiper arm nuts.

3. Unscrew the nuts securing the levers and remove the levers together with the wiper blades.
4. Remove the windshield frame trims (see "Removal and installation windshield frame trims").

5. Disconnect the windshield wiper wire harness connector and the air intake box wire harness connector.

6. Unscrew the nut and two bolts securing the windshield wiper to the body and remove the windshield wiper from the car, turning it slightly upward.
7. Install the windshield wiper on the vehicle in the reverse order of removal.
