1. Turn away a reservoir cover of the main brake cylinder and put it on a pure rag. Be careful: brake fluid may drip from the float.
2. If the rear wheels of the car are hung out, first unlock the rear brake pressure regulator by inserting a screwdriver between the plate and the piston. Don't forget to take it out after you bleed the brakes.
3. Clear the union of prorolling of brakes of the right back brake mechanism from dirt. Remove the rubber protective cap from the brake bleeder port. Put a rubber hose on the fitting (it is recommended to use a transparent hose to see the condition of the fluid flowing out) and immerse its end in a clean transparent vessel.
4. The assistant should sharply press the brake pedal 4-5 times (with an interval between pressing 1-2 s), and then keep the brake pedal depressed.
5. Loosen the brake bleeder 1/2-3/4 turn. The old one will start to flow out of the hose (dirty) brake fluid. In this case, the brake pedal should smoothly reach the stop. As soon as the brake fluid stops flowing out, tighten the brake bleeder screw.
6. Constantly monitor the level of brake fluid in the brake reservoir, preventing the brake fluid from dropping below the mark «MIN», and add new brake fluid if necessary. Repeat bleeding brakes 4 and 5 until a new fluid starts to flow from the hose (pure) brake fluid.
7. In the same way, change the brake fluid in the left front brake mechanism, and then in the second circuit (first in the left rear brake, then in the right front).
8. Press a few times a brake pedal. The stroke and resistance of the brake pedal must be constant each time it is pressed. If these conditions are not met, then air has entered the brake system and the brakes on the car must be pumped (see «Bleeding the brake system»).
9. After replacing the brake fluid, be sure to put on protective caps on the brake bleeder fittings.
10. Add brake fluid to the brake reservoir up to the mark «MAX» and screw on the lid.
