To remove and install a working brake cylinder on a car, you will need: keys «at 13», «at 17», hex key «on 10».
1. Remove the appropriate wheel from the vehicle.
2. Take out from an arm on a rack a sealant of a brake hose.
3. Loosen the end of the brake hose on the wheel cylinder.
4. Bend the tabs of the lock washers...
5.... Remove the two brake caliper mounting bolts, holding the guide pins by the hexagons with the second key, and remove the brake caliper assembly with the wheel brake cylinder.
6. Holding the wrench, the tip of the brake hose by the hexagon, unscrew the brake caliper from the tip. Be careful: brake fluid will leak from the brake hose. Please note that a copper sealing ring is installed on the tip of the brake hose. Replace heavily compressed copper ring.
7. Clamp the brake caliper in a vise and remove the two hexagon socket bolts securing the brake cylinder to the brake caliper. Remove the wheel brake cylinder from the caliper.
8. Establish on the car the wheel brake cylinder in an order, the return to removal. Before installation, lubricate the guide pins with UNIOL-1 grease, check the condition of the anthers of the guide pins.
9. Bleed the brakes on the car and check the efficiency of the brake system.
