1. Remove the corresponding wheel.
2. Remove the brake hose seal from the bracket on the suspension strut.
Note. To prevent excessive leakage of brake fluid from the brake hose when it is disconnected from the working cylinder, pinch the brake hose with pliers that lock in a compressed position, placing a piece of rubber under the lips.
3. Key «at 15» Loosen the hose end on the slave cylinder.
4. Bend the tabs of the lock washers...
5....with a key «at 13» unscrew the two caliper mounting bolts, holding the second wrench «at 17» hex guide pins...
6.... and remove the caliper assembly with the working cylinder.
Note. For clarity, the removal of the working cylinder assembly with the caliper is shown on the removed brake mechanism. You can also remove the working cylinder with the brake mechanism installed on the car.
7. Holding key «at 15» hose tip by the hexagon, unscrew the working cylinder from the tip. Be careful: brake fluid will leak from the hose.
Note. Please note that there is a copper o-ring installed on the tip. Replace the ring when assembling.
8. Using a TORX E14 key, remove the two bolts securing the cylinder to the caliper.
9. Remove the wheel cylinder from a support.
10. Check up a condition of protective covers of directing fingers. If there are signs of rubber aging, replace the protective covers.
11. Lubricate the guide pins with UNIOL-1 grease.
12. Establish the working cylinder in an order, the return to removal.
13. Bleed the hydraulic drive and check the efficiency of the brake system (see «Bleeding the hydraulic drive of the brake system»).
