Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the decorative trim (see "Engine trim panel - removal and installation").
3. Squeeze the protrusions of the wire connector block on both sides and remove the block from the emergency oil pressure sensor.

4. Using a socket wrench or a 21 mm deep head, unscrew the sensor and remove it.

Note: The sensor can only be checked on a special stand or by replacing it with a known good one.
Installation
1. Install the sensor in reverse order.
2. Start the engine and make sure there are no oil leaks from under the sensor. If necessary, replace the sensor sealing ring or the sensor assembly.
