The oil pressure warning light sensor is screwed into the oil channel on the right side of the cylinder block under the exhaust manifold.

You will need a 21 key.

Note: When replacing the sensor, observe safety precautions on a cold engine or, to avoid burning your hands, use cloth gloves and long-sleeved clothing.


1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. For ease of operation, remove the air filter (see "Removing and installing the air filter").
