10. To install a new clutch release cable, first pass it through the hole in the front shield and secure the wear compensation mechanism housing to the clutch pedal pin (see points 3 and 4).

11. Secure the clutch cable housing stop to the pedal bracket stud (see points 1 and 2).

12. Install the clutch cable housing seal into the hole in the front shield (see item 6).

13. Pass the clutch cable through the hole in the bracket on the gearbox and install the cable sheath guide bushing into this hole (see item 9).

14. Screw the leash onto the lower end of the clutch cable (see item 8), ensuring that the end protrudes relative to the end of the leash by 0-1 mm.

15. Set the clutch drive cable to its original position by overcoming the force of the mechanism spring and moving the lower end of the clutch cable forward in the direction of vehicle movement until it stops. Keeping the tip extended, measure the size L between the clutch fork and the leash, it should be 27 mm. If the size does not correspond to the specified value, set it by rotating the leash in the desired direction.



16. Insert the clutch cable end into the groove of the clutch release fork and release. Under the action of the spring, the tip leash should be installed on the clutch fork without any gap.

17. Press the clutch pedal all the way down three times and measure the distance again L (See item 15). If necessary, repeat the clutch adjustment.
