Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing a car for technical inspection and repair").
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the inner door handle and remove the handle from the door.

3. Using narrow-nose pliers, remove the two door trim holders.

4. Pull the top edge of the trim away from the door, overcoming the resistance of the holders...

...and, moving the upholstery towards the glass, we remove it from the door.

Installation
We install the upholstery in the reverse order, replacing the damaged holders.
