To check the tension of the alternator drive belt and replace it on the car, you will need: "8" and "19" keys.

1. To tension the alternator drive belt, loosen the lock nut and turn the alternator belt tensioner rod to the required value, thereby ensuring that the tension roller presses on the belt. To loosen the tension, screw the rod in to the required value.
2. To replace the alternator belt, loosen the lock nut and screw in the tensioner rod.

3. Remove the alternator drive belt from under the tensioner pulley and remove the belt from the crankshaft pulley and alternator pulley.
4. Install the alternator belt on the vehicle in the reverse order of removal.
