Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing a car for technical inspection and repair").
2. Unscrew and remove the door lock button.

3. Using a slotted screwdriver blade, press the socket away from the window handle trim and remove the trim (it fixes the handle on the shaft of the window lift mechanism).

4. Remove the handle and socket from the window lift mechanism shaft.

5. Pull back the inner handle of the lock and use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the fastening screw.

6. Remove the inner handle of the lock.
7. Using an awl or a flat-blade screwdriver with a thin blade, pry up and remove the two plugs of the inner door handle. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the inner door handle.

8. Remove the handle from the door.
9. Using a slotted screwdriver, insert it between the upholstery and the door, we remove the eight upholstery holders from the door holes one by one and move the upholstery away from the door...

... (the location of the holders is shown on the removed upholstery).

Installation
We install the upholstery in the reverse order, replacing the damaged holders with new ones.
