1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Set the steering wheel to a position corresponding to the straight-ahead movement of the vehicle.

3. Remove the two screws securing the horn switch...

4. ...and disconnect the connector with the horn switch wire from the steering wheel terminal.
5. Mark the location of the steering wheel on the steering shaft.

6. Loosen the tightening (without turning away completely) steering wheel mounting nuts on steering shaft...

7. ... use sharp blows with your hands to knock the steering wheel off the steering shaft, unscrew the mounting nut and remove the steering wheel from the car.
8. Install the steering wheel on the vehicle in reverse order, in accordance with the previously applied marks on the steering wheel and steering shaft.
