Removing
Set the car to a working post and brake with a parking brake.
Lock the airbag computer using the scan tool.
Turn off the ignition and disconnect the wire terminal "masses" from the battery.

Remove driver airbag module (MNPBV).
Set the front wheels to a straight ahead position.
Loosen incompletely bolt 3, Figure 2-1, steering wheel mountings (replaceable nozzle Torx T50, extension and wrench).
Swinging to the sides, pull the steering wheel towards you, shifting it along the slots.
Unscrew the fastening screw completely.
Carefully thread through the hole in the hub the harness 2 wires of the steering column switch block to the airbag module
and remove the steering wheel from the shaft.
Installation
Attention. Reuse of the steering wheel bolt to the steering shaft is not allowed. The bolt must be replaced.
Make sure that the front wheels of the car are in a position corresponding to the rectilinear movement of the car.
Check and, if necessary, set to the middle position the contact disk of the device of the rotating block of steering column switches.
Install the steering wheel on the steering shaft. The steering wheel is installed in such a way that the wide groove on the steering wheel hub 1 sits on the groove of the steering shaft. In this case, narrower grooves 2 will be aligned with the corresponding grooves on the steering shaft.
Secure the steering wheel with a new bolt. Bolt tightening torque 44 Nm (4.4 kgf·m) (replaceable nozzle Torx T50, extension and wrench, torque wrench).
When installing the steering wheel, route the steering column switch harness to the airbag module through the hole in the hub.
Install driver airbag module (MNPBV).
Connect wire terminal "masses" to the battery and turn on the ignition.
Unlock the airbag computer using the scan tool.
Check the operation of the device of the rotating block of steering column switches, for which:
- turn the steering wheel to the extreme left position;
- turn the steering wheel to the extreme right position;
- return the steering wheel to the center position;
- make sure that there is no error message displayed on the instrument cluster.
