Removal
1. We prepare the vehicle for work and disconnect the wire terminal from the negative terminal of the battery. "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the air filter housing (see "Air filter - removal and installation").
3. Disconnect the wire connector from the traction relay terminal.
4. Using a 13 mm open-end wrench, unscrew the nut securing the starter power cable tip.
5. Using a 15 mm socket wrench or a socket wrench with an extension, unscrew the three starter mounting nuts (the bottom nut is not visible, so you will have to unscrew it by touch).
6. Remove the starter from the engine compartment.
Installation
We install the starter in the reverse order.
