Checking the level and adding coolant (Kalina 1118)

To check the level and top up the coolant in your car, you will need: coolant, a clean rag.



The expansion tank of the engine cooling system is installed on the Lada Kalina car on the left side of the engine compartment next to the battery.



1. The fluid level in the expansion tank must be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the wall of the expansion tank. If the level is close to or below the "MIN" mark, add coolant.

2. Unscrew the expansion tank cap.



3. Add coolant up to the "MAX" mark. Screw in the expansion tank cap and wipe off any spilled coolant.

Caution! Check the coolant level only when the engine is cold.
