Warning! The seat belts on your vehicle must be replaced if they are torn, frayed, or have been subjected to a critical load in an accident.
To replace the rear side seat belt you will need: a flat-blade screwdriver, a 17 mm socket wrench.
1. Remove the luggage compartment shelf (see "Removal and installation the luggage compartment shelf").

2. Remove the decorative plug...

3. ...and unscrew the lower seat belt mounting bolt.

4. Remove the decorative trim from the upper seat belt anchor loop...

5. ...unscrew the bolt...

6. ...and remove the hinge together with the bolt and spacer washers.

7. Overcoming the resistance of the latches, lift the seat belt retractor cover...

8. ...unscrew the bolt securing the seat belt reel to the body...

9. ...and remove the seat belt reel.
10. Remove the seat belt buckle (see "Replacing the rear center seat belt").
11. Install the seat belt on the vehicle in the reverse order of removal.
