Removal, replacing and installing the hood (Kalina 1118)

To remove, replace and install the hood on a car you will need: a flat-blade screwdriver, a 13 mm wrench.

1. Remove the hood lock and safety hook (see "Removal and installation the hood lock and hood lock safety hook").



2. Remove the plastic holders, remove the hood sound insulation...



3. ...and disconnect the windshield washer hose from the tee.



4. Remove the rubber washer hose gasket from the hood frame.





5. Remove the windshield washer hose from the hole and two plastic holders.



6. Unscrew the two hood mounting bolts on both hinges and remove the hood from the car.

7. Replace the hood if necessary.

8. Install the hood in the reverse order of removal.
