1. Remove the trunk lid support (see "Replacing the trunk lid stops").
2. Remove the wiring harness holder and unscrew the nuts securing the trunk lid to the hinge (see "Removal, installation the trunk lid and adjusting its position in the opening").
3. Unscrew the two bolts securing the trunk lid hinge to the car body and remove the hinge while holding the trunk lid.
4. Install the trunk lid hinge on the vehicle in the reverse order of removal. If necessary, adjust the position of the trunk lid on the hinges.
