Features of engine disassembly (Priora 2170)
Before disassembling, the engine must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt and installed on a stand or support (the engine must stand steadily). Use appropriate tools for disassembly (wrenches, pullers, etc.). During assembly, all parts that have not been repaired or replaced must be installed in their places where they have been worn in. To do this, when disassembling, it is necessary to mark them in any way that does not damage the parts. During repairs, it is prohibited to disassemble the connecting rod cap with the connecting rods, the main bearing cap with the cylinder block, the camshaft support cap with the cylinder head, since these parts are processed as an assembly. The crankshaft, flywheel and clutch can be disassembled as these parts are balanced separately. The clutch housing and cylinder block can also be disassembled: they are processed separately.
