The engine mudguard is removed if it is damaged or to provide access to the components and assemblies from underneath the vehicle during repairs and maintenance.
You will need: a 10 mm wrench and two 19 mm wrenches.

1. Use a 19 mm wrench to loosen the lever mounting nuts, holding the bolts from turning with a second wrench.

2. Using a 10 mm spanner, unscrew the five nuts securing the front part of the mudguard guard…

3. …and remove the mudguard.
4. Install the engine splash guard in the reverse order of removal.
