Sequence of execution
1. Place the car on a level, horizontal surface if possible. If there are passengers in the vehicle, they should be disembarked.
2. Remove the spare wheel and the necessary tools from the luggage compartment.
3. We fix the car with the pointer brake and install wheel chocks on both sides under the wheel located diagonally from the one being replaced (see section 20. "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
4. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw and remove the decorative wheel cap.
5. Using a 17 mm "balloon" or end wrench, loosen the tightening of all wheel mounting bolts by approximately half a turn.
Warning! If the vehicle is parked on loose ground, place a support under the jack to increase the stability of the jack (for example, a board of the appropriate size).
6. Place a jack under the vehicle threshold.

The upper platform of the jack must be installed under a special bracket welded to the threshold of the body (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair"). In this case, the lower support platform of the jack must be located strictly under the upper stop.
7. Smoothly lift the car, while simultaneously checking that it does not move forward or backward. We lift until the car wheel being replaced is 2-3 cm away from the supporting surface.
8. Finally, unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the wheel.
9. Install the spare wheel onto the hub. Holding the wheel, we first tighten the bolts that secure it.
10. Holding the wheel from turning, tighten the mounting bolts crosswise.
11. Smoothly lower the car until the wheel is in firm contact with the supporting surface. Next, we lower the car completely onto its wheels and fold the jack.
12. Finally tighten the wheel mounting bolts using the same procedure to a torque of 65.2-92.6 Nm.
13. Place the removed wheel in the luggage compartment and secure it securely.
14. Remove the wheel chocks.
15. Check the tire pressure and, if necessary, bring it up to normal.
