License Plate Light — Removal, Bulb Replacement and Installation (Kalina 1119)

Two license plate lights are installed under the luggage compartment door trim.

Sequence of execution

1. Prepare the car for work (see p. 20. "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair"). Turn off the outside lighting.

2. Carefully use a slotted screwdriver to press the lamp retainer and remove the license plate light from the trunk lid trim.

Note: If it is necessary to remove the lamp, disconnect the wiring block from the lamp.

3. To replace the lamp, turn it counterclockwise and remove the socket from the flashlight housing.



4. Remove the lamp from the socket and install a new one.





5. Install the socket with the lamp into the flashlight.

6. Insert the right part of the lamp into the door opening, and then press on the left part until the latch clicks into place.
