Note: The work is shown on the left headlight. Removal of the right headlight is performed in a similar manner. For ease of operation of the left headlight, you can remove the battery, and for operation of the right headlight, you can remove the windshield washer reservoir.
Removal
1. Prepare the vehicle for work and disconnect the wire terminal from the negative terminal of the battery (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the front bumper (see "Front bumper - removal and installation").
3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the headlight.
4. Disconnect the wire connector from the turn signal lamp socket.
5. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew screw 1 and using an 8 mm socket wrench, unscrew bolt 2 of the upper headlight mount.
6. Holding the headlight unit, use the same key to unscrew the two screws of the lower headlight unit mount.
7. Remove the headlight.
Installation
We install the headlight in the reverse order.
