Sequence of execution
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair"). Turn off the outside lighting.
2. In the luggage compartment, remove the plugs from the rear pillar trim.

3. Using an 8 mm socket wrench, unscrew the nut of the upper rear light mount.

4. Holding the light from the outside, use the same wrench to unscrew the nut of the lower rear light mount through the hole in the luggage compartment trim.

5. Move the rear light away from the body and remove the socket with the faulty bulb from the light.

6. Slightly push the faulty lamp into the socket and, turning it counterclockwise, remove it from the socket.

7. Replace the lamp, assemble and install the rear light in the reverse order.
