Removal
Warning! Brake discs are replaced in pairs, necessarily in both brake mechanisms of the front wheels.
Warning! Minimum brake disc thickness is 17.8 mm.
1. Remove the caliper from the brake disc without disconnecting the brake hose from it (see "Front Brake Caliper - Removal and Installation").
2. To avoid damaging the brake hose, tie the caliper to the strut spring with wire.
3. Using a metal brush, clean the cylindrical seating surface of the brake disc on the hub from dirt and rust, and treat this area with penetrating lubricant.
4. Using a 7 mm wrench, unscrew the wheel guide pins while holding the disc with your hand to prevent it from turning.

5. Remove the brake disc from the hub. If the brake disc cannot be removed, tap the disc with a hammer on the surface where the wheel is seated.
Warning! Do not strike the working surface of the disc with a hammer!
