Headlight replacement (Kalina 1118)

To replace the headlight on your car, you will need a 10 mm socket wrench.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the front bumper (see "Removal and installation the front bumper").



3. Remove the two lower headlight mounting bolts...



4. ...bolt and screw for the upper headlight mounts.

5. Disconnect the wire harness connector from the turn signal lamp socket...



6. ...from the headlight terminals...





7. ...and remove the headlight unit.

8. Install the headlight unit on the vehicle in the reverse order. To ensure uniform gaps between the headlight and the fender, loosen the lower mount bracket nut.
