Removal
1. Prepare the car for work and disconnect the wire terminal from the negative terminal of the battery (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the right instrument panel console trim (see "Control System Fuses and Relays - Replacement").
3. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the ECU bracket to the heater body.
4. Pulling along the guides, remove the ECU from under the heater together with the bracket.
5. By pushing it out, we disengage the shoe retainer from engagement with the block.

Warning! Do not touch the ECU terminals with your hands! The engine management system is microprocessor-based, the electronic components of the ECU can be damaged by electrostatic discharge.
6. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the ECU.
7. If necessary, unscrew two screws and remove two brackets from the ECU.
Installation
We install the electronic unit in the reverse order.
