Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the front wheel of the car (see "Front suspension strut - removal and installation").

3. Using a 19 mm socket wrench, unscrew the ball joint pin nut.
4. Using a 17 mm socket wrench, unscrew the two bolts securing the ball joint to the steering knuckle.
5. Install the puller on the end of the lever.
6. By tightening the puller bolt, we press out the ball joint pin from the lever hole and remove the ball joint.
Installation
Recommendation. If you are installing a previously used ball joint, first remove the protective cover and apply grease (SHRB-4, Litol-24 or similar) into the ball joint and onto the inner surface of the support protective cover.
We install the ball joint in the reverse order of removal.
