To reverse, stop the Lada Kalina car; after a pause of 3 seconds, press the clutch pedal, lift up the reverse gear lock control sleeve (in the photo the sleeve is shown by an arrow), located on the lever, move the lever to the "R" position (reverse) and release the sleeve.
