To engage and change gears, you need to press the clutch pedal all the way to the floor. All gears except reverse are synchronized, ensuring quiet and easy shifting.
Recommendation. Always fully depress the clutch pedal before changing gears. Do not keep your foot on the clutch pedal while driving, as this will lead to premature wear of the clutch components and their failure.
The safety device prevents the reverse gear from being accidentally engaged when disengaging from 5th gear.
If it is difficult to engage reverse gear, move the lever to neutral, release the clutch pedal completely and press it again until it reaches the floor. After this, try to engage reverse gear again.
Warning! Reverse gear can only be engaged after the vehicle has come to a complete stop.
