Replacing the brake light switch sensor (Kalina 1118)

To replace the brake light switch sensor on your car, you will need a 19 mm wrench.



1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Disconnect the wire connectors from the brake light switch sensor terminals.



3. Loosen the brake light switch sensor lock nut...



4. ...and unscrew the brake light switch from its bracket.

5. Install the brake light switch sensor on the vehicle in reverse order. Adjust the position of the brake light switch so that the brake lights come on even with a small brake pedal travel.
