To perform the work you will need a special key for 13 mm brake system fittings and new brake fluid.
Sequence of execution
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the brake drum (see "Rear brake drums - replacement").
3. Raise the parking brake lever.
Warning: When performing the following operation, make sure that the tube does not rotate with the nipple when unscrewing it. If the tube is "stuck" in the fitting, replace it.
4. Using a 13 mm spanner for pipe fittings, unscrew the fitting securing tube 1. To prevent brake fluid from leaking out, put the protective cap of the bleed nipple 3 on the tube. Using a 10 mm socket wrench, unscrew the mounting bolt 2...
...and remove the brake cylinder.
5. Install the removed parts in reverse order. Tighten the brake cylinder mounting bolt and brake pipe fitting to a torque of 14 Nm.
6. Bleed the brake system (see "Hydraulic brake drive - bleeding").
