Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the rear wheel (see "Wheel replacement").
3. In the luggage compartment, press the lock and disconnect the wiring harness connector from the sensor.
4. Inspect the connector and make sure there is no corrosion or damage. If necessary, we treat it with a special cleaning agent for electrical contacts and clean its contacts from oxides.
5. Using a screwdriver, remove the sensor wire seal from the hole...
...and pull the wire out together with the connecting block.
6. Remove the sensor wiring harness from the holders and brackets.
7. Using the TORX TZO key, unscrew the mounting bolt and remove the sensor.
Installation
8. Install the new sensor in reverse order.
