The manufacturer recommends replacing the belt every 45 thousand km or every 2 years (whichever comes first). Check the timing belt tension regularly and adjust it if necessary. When the tension is weakened, the belt teeth wear out quickly, and the belt may also jump on the toothed pulleys of the crankshaft and camshaft, which leads to a disruption in the installation of the valve timing, loss of power, and engine damage.
