Note. see hose with valve catalog number. Here.
The vacuum check valve is located on the brake booster housing and is a conventional one-way valve. It is designed to maintain vacuum in the booster housing when the vacuum in the engine changes. To check the valve, it should be blown from each side. Air should easily pass through the valve on the booster side and not on the engine side.
Removing
Put the car on the working place, brake with the parking brake and turn off the ignition.

Overcoming the fixing resistance, remove the check valve 3, Figure 3-1, from the vacuum booster housing 4, while the rubber sealing ring must remain in the booster housing.
Squeeze the retainer and disconnect the check valve tube 2 from the intake manifold fitting 1 of the engine and remove the valve with tube assembly.
Installation
Attention. Before installation, check the condition of the rubber sealing ring and check valve. Replace defective parts.
Install the check valve in the brake booster housing.
Connect the check valve tube to the engine intake manifold. Check the efficiency of the service brake system.
