Removal and installation the electric motor of the cooling system fan (Kalina 1118)

To remove and install the electric motor of the cooling system fan on a car, you will need: a 10 mm wrench and a flat-blade screwdriver.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the electric fan with the casing (see "Removal and installation the radiator electric fan with casing").



3. Unscrew the three nuts securing the radiator cooling fan electric motor to the casing and remove the casing from the electric motor.



4. Pry up the spring clip and remove the impeller from the radiator cooling motor shaft.

5. Install the radiator cooling fan motor on the vehicle in the reverse order of removal.
