The manufacturer recommends replacing the cabin air filter at every maintenance, i.e. every 15 thousand km. However, its condition depends on the operating conditions of the vehicle. As practice shows, it is advisable to replace the filter element once a year - in the fall.
You will need screwdrivers with a straight and Phillips blade.
1. Open the hood and remove the rubber seal.
2. Gently pry off the three plastic plugs with a screwdriver..
3.... and remove them.
4. Turn out three screws of fastening of the right overlay of a frame of a wind window …
5.... and three screws securing the right side of the engine compartment.
6. Remove the right overlay of a frame of a wind window.
7. Turn out four screws of fastening of a cover of the filter …
8.... and remove the cover.
9. Remove the filter from the air intake housing.
10. Install the new filter in the reverse order of removal.
