Removal
1. Prepare the car for work ("Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the windshield trims ("Lower Windshield Trim - Removal and Installation").
3. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw that secures the washer tube to the screen and the two screws that secure the filter's protective screen to the body.
4. Remove the screen from the air intake box.
5. Release the two filter element fasteners.
6. Remove the filter element.
Installation
We install the filter element in the reverse order. In this case, the label pasted onto its frame should face the front of the car, and the arrow on the label should point downwards.
