Additional resistor — replacement (Granta 2190)

It is more convenient to perform the work with the glove box removed.

Removal

1. Prepare the car for work ("Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Open the glove compartment.



3. Press the stops up...



...we disengage the two limiters located on the rear wall of the glove compartment.



4. Remove the glove box by disengaging its lower stops from engagement with the axles.





5. Under the instrument panel on the right, pressing the lock, disconnect the wiring block from the additional resistor.



6. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the resistor.



7. Remove the resistor.

Installation

We install the additional resistor in the reverse order.
