Note: All instruments and control lamps of the instrument panel (except for the door opening and headlight indicator lights) work only when the ignition is on - the key position in the ignition switch is ON.

— "Press the brake pedal!" indicator light (for a car with automatic transmission).

— Anti-lock braking system (ABS) malfunction indicator lamp. When the ignition is turned on, the indicator lamp lights up and goes out after the engine starts. If the control lamp lights up in other cases, there is a malfunction in the system, for the diagnosis of which special diagnostic equipment is required - contact a specialized service station. The car's braking system is fully functional - only the anti-lock braking system does not work.

— Anti-lock braking system (ABS) status indicator lamp. When the ignition is turned on, the indicator lamp lights up yellow and goes out after the engine starts. If it lights up in other cases, this indicates a system malfunction.

— indicator lamp for parking brake and brake system malfunction. Lights up when the ignition is turned on and; goes out after the engine starts. If the warning light comes on while driving, this indicates a malfunction in the service brake system or a drop in the brake fluid level in the reservoir. The lamp also lights up and starts flashing when the parking brake is applied. If the fault is related to electronic systems (brake force distribution, auxiliary braking, anti-skid, preventing the car from rolling when starting off on an incline), then special diagnostic equipment is required for diagnostics - contact a specialized service station.

Warning! It is prohibited to operate the vehicle with the brake system malfunction indicator lamp on!

— electric power steering malfunction indicator lamp. Lights up when the ignition is turned on and goes out after the engine starts. If the indicator light comes on and remains on continuously while the engine is running, this indicates a fault in the electric power steering system.

Warning! Drive with the power steering not working carefully and at low speed. Don't forget that when the power steering is faulty, the effort on the steering wheel increases significantly!

Note: The electric power steering malfunction indicator lamp may light up if the battery is very low and the engine is idling or at low crankshaft speed. As a result, the voltage drop in the vehicle's electrical circuit disrupts the smooth operation of the electric power steering. This is not a malfunction - the system will function again after replacing or charging the battery.

— battery charge indicator lamp. Lights up when the ignition is turned on and goes out after the engine starts. If the indicator lamp remains on or lights up while the engine is running, this indicates that the battery is not charged.

Warning! If the battery is not recharged, its charge will not last long (less than 10 km of the way), therefore, it is necessary to find and eliminate the cause of the malfunction or, avoiding turning on unnecessary current consumers, move to a specialized service station.

— open door indicator light. When the ignition is turned on, it lights up for a few seconds. The lamp will remain on continuously as long as the doors remain open, regardless of the position of the key in the ignition switch.

— open hood indicator light. When the ignition is turned on, it lights up for a few seconds. The lamp will remain on continuously while the hood is open, regardless of the position of the key in the ignition switch.

— indicator lamp for open luggage compartment lid. When the ignition is turned on, it lights up for a few seconds. The lamp will remain on continuously as long as the trunk lid remains open, regardless of the position of the key in the ignition switch.

— oil pressure warning light. Lights up when the ignition is turned on and goes out after the engine starts. If the lamp remains on or lights up while the engine is running, this indicates that there is not enough oil pressure in the engine lubrication system - you must immediately turn off the engine and do not start it until the problem is fixed.

— fuel level indicator control lamp. The lamp remains on continuously when the minimum fuel level remains in the tank, reminding the driver that it is necessary to urgently refuel the car (see "Refueling a car").

— low fuel level indicator light. The lamp remains on continuously when the minimum fuel level remains in the tank, reminding the driver that it is necessary to urgently refuel the car (see "Refueling a car").

Warning! Try not to operate the vehicle with the fuel tank filled less than 1/4, as this may cause the electric fuel pump to overheat and fail prematurely. If there is a lack of fuel, the engine may run rough and this may damage the catalytic converter!

— cruise control indicator light (depending on the configuration). Lights up when cruise control is on. If the lamp flashes while the engine is running or while driving, this indicates a malfunction in the system. For diagnostics and repairs, contact a specialized service station.

— electronic speed limiter activation indicator lamp. When the system is activated, it prevents the vehicle from exceeding the maximum speed selected by the driver.

— Electronic Stability Control (ESC) malfunction indicator lamp. Lights up for a few seconds when the ignition is turned on and after the ESC is turned off. If the lamp starts flashing while driving, this indicates that the system has been activated. If the dump light is constantly on, this indicates a system malfunction. For diagnostics and repair of the stability control system, please contact a specialized service station.

— Electronic Stability Control (ESC) off indicator lamp. Lights up for a few seconds when the ignition is turned on and after the electronic stability control system is turned off. If the lamp starts flashing while driving, this indicates that the system has been activated. If the lamp remains on continuously, this indicates a system malfunction. For diagnostics and repair of the stability control system, please contact a specialized service station.

— control lamp for switching on external lighting.

— indicator lamp for low beam headlights. Lights up when the low beam headlights are turned on.

— high beam indicator lamp. Lights up when the high beam headlights are turned on.

— front fog light indicator light (depending on the configuration). Lights up when the front fog lights are turned on.

— indicator lamp for turning on rear fog lights. Lights up when the rear fog lights are turned on.

— indicator lamp for hazard warning lights.

— right side direction indicator indicator light.

— left side direction indicator indicator light.

— engine management system malfunction indicator lamp. When the ignition is turned on, it lights up for a few seconds. If the indicator lamp remains on or lights up while the vehicle is moving, this indicates a malfunction in the electronic engine management system. To determine the causes, it is necessary to perform diagnostics of the engine management system. If the indicator light starts to flash while the engine is running, this indicates that misfires have occurred in one or more cylinders. In this case, to prevent failure of the catalytic converter, the system will automatically shut off the fuel supply to the faulty cylinder. After this, the control lamp will start to burn continuously until the ignition is turned off. To diagnose the malfunction, special diagnostic equipment is required - contact a specialized service station.

— immobilizer control lamp. The lamp flashes if the ignition switch (lock) is in the STOP or ACC position. When the ignition is turned on, if the key code matches the code entered in the immobilizer memory, the lamp goes out. Otherwise, it will start flashing and the immobilizer will block the engine from starting.

- low tire pressure warning light. If the indicator lamp lights up when the ignition is turned on or lights up while driving, the air pressure in one or more tires has dropped. It is necessary to stop, check the tire pressure on all wheels and bring it up to normal. The system monitors the pressure in all wheels of the vehicle except the spare. If the indicator lamp flashes after turning on the ignition, there is a malfunction in the system itself. For diagnostics and repair of the system, you should contact a specialized service station.

— transmission malfunction indicator lamp. If the indicator lamp lights up when the ignition is turned on and continues to light, there is a malfunction in the system, the diagnosis of which requires special diagnostic equipment - contact a specialized service station.

— seat belt unfastened indicator light. Lights up when the ignition is turned on and remains on until the seat belt is fastened. If the seat belt is not fastened, when the vehicle reaches a speed of 25 km/h, the lamp will start flashing and an audible signal will sound for 90 seconds.

— indicator lamp for malfunction of the security system. Lights up for a few seconds when the ignition is turned on. Lights up in other cases if the airbags or automatic seat belt tensioners are faulty.

— front passenger airbag deactivation indicator lamp.
