Windscreen wipers not working
1. Faulty fuses or relays. Check the fuse and relay box (see "Fuse and relay mounting block"), replace the faulty fuse. If the fuse blows again, check the corresponding electrical circuit (see "Electrical equipment - technical condition check") and fix the problem.
2. Steering column switch malfunction. Check the steering column switch, replace the faulty part.
3. The windshield wiper motor-reducer is faulty. Check the gear motor and replace the faulty part.
4. The electrical wiring is faulty. Check electrical circuits and repair (see "Electrical equipment - technical condition check").
The electric drive of the side rear view mirrors does not work
1. The side mirror electric drive control unit is faulty. Check the unit and replace the faulty part (see "Electric window control unit - replacement").
2. The side rear view mirrors are faulty. Check and replace the faulty part (see "Outside rear view mirror - removal and installation").
3. The electrical wiring is faulty. Check electrical circuits and repair (see "Electrical equipment - technical condition check").
The electric windows don't work
1. Fuse or relay failure. Check the fuse and relay box (see "Fuse and relay mounting block"), replace the faulty fuse or relay. If the fuse blows again, check the corresponding electrical circuit and correct the fault.
2. The power window control button is faulty. Check the unit and replace the faulty part (see "Electric window lifter button - replacement").
3. The window lifter motor-reducer is faulty. Check the gear motor and replace the faulty part (see "Door window lifter - removal and installation").
4. The electrical wiring is faulty. Check electrical circuits and repair (see "Electrical equipment - technical condition check").
Door locks do not lock/unlock with the central locking remote control
1. The battery in the remote control, which is built into the car key, is discharged. Replace the remote control battery with a new one (see "Keys to the car").
2. The remote control, which is built into the car key, is faulty. Replace the faulty part.
3. The electrical equipment control unit is faulty. Perform diagnostics of the engine management system (see "Engine management system"). Replace the faulty part.
