Electric window control unit — replacement (Vesta 2180)

The need to perform work can be determined during the diagnostics of vehicle faults (see "Possible car malfunctions and their causes").

Removal

1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Using a thin slotted screwdriver, carefully pry up the trim...



...and overcoming the resistance of the clamps, we remove the control unit from the door trim.



4. Press the clamps and disconnect the wiring harness connectors from the control unit.



5. Using a thin slotted screwdriver, press out the six mounting holders and detach the block from the trim.





6. Remove the electric window control unit.

Installation

We install the control unit in the reverse order.
