Reverse Light Switch — replacement (Vesta 2180)

The switch is installed on top of the gearbox housing.

Removal

1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Remove the intake noise muffler (see "Air filter - removal and installation").

3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the switch.



4. Using a 22 mm open-end wrench or deep socket, unscrew the switch and remove it.

Installation

We install the reversing light switch in the reverse order.
