Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the windshield washer reservoir (see below, "Windshield washer reservoir - removal and installation").
3. Drain the antifreeze from the tank into the container through the filler neck. We disconnect the hose from the electric pump and remove the tank.
4. Remove the electric pump nipple from the tank and remove it.
5. Remove the rubber sealing sleeve from the tank.
6. Inspect the coupling; if cracks or other damage are found, replace the coupling.
Installation
7. Install the pump in reverse order. After assembly, fill the reservoir with windshield washer fluid.
