Caution: To avoid damaging the instrument cluster glass, do not clean it with solvents.
You will need Phillips and flat-head screwdrivers.
1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Lower the steering column down to the stop, remove the steering wheel (see "Removing and installing the steering wheel")…

3. …and the fuse and relay box cover (see "Replacing fuses and relays in the mounting block").

4. Remove the four screws securing the instrument panel panel…

5. …and remove the shield from the instrument panel (for clarity, the work was performed with partial disassembly of the steering column).

6. Remove the two screws securing the instrument cluster to the instrument panel…

7. …and remove it from the socket.

8. Pry and turn the instrument panel wiring harness connector retainer…

9. …and, having disconnected the connector from the instrument cluster terminals, remove the instrument cluster from the vehicle.

Note: This is what the instrument cluster looks like when removed from the vehicle.
10. Install the instrument cluster in the reverse order of removal.
Caution: When connecting the wiring harness to the instrument cluster terminals, be careful not to damage the contact terminals.
