When performing work, it is permitted to use certified equipment and tools that are functionally similar to those specified in the process instructions, the use of which ensures the required productivity, safety and quality of work.
When replacing and topping up oils and operating fluids, it is permitted to use only the materials specified in the current "Codifier of the main and auxiliary materials used in the maintenance and repair of LADA vehicles" K 3100.25100.00018.
General description of the system, features of the device
The transmission transmits torque from the engine to the front drive wheels of the vehicle. Structurally, it is made in one unit, consisting of a clutch, gearbox (GB) and front wheel drives.
Depending on the configuration, the car is equipped with a mechanical or robotic five-speed gearbox. The boxes are made according to a two-shaft design with synchronizers for all forward gears and are combined with a differential and final drive.
The gearbox control drive, depending on the vehicle configuration, is cable-operated (for manual transmission) or electro-mechanical (actuator, for robotic gearbox).
The clutch is single-disc, dry, constantly closed, with a diaphragm pressure spring and a torsional vibration damper on the driven disk.
Clutch drive, depending on the vehicle configuration, hydraulic (for manual transmission) or electro-mechanical (actuator, for robotic gearbox).
There is no gap between the clutch release bearing and the pressure spring petals.
The front wheel drives consist of outer and inner constant velocity joints and a shaft. The internal hinge of the drives is made according to the "Tripod" scheme.
