Warning! Do not remove both drives at the same time, or, if necessary, install a special mandrel in place of one of them to prevent the axle gears from falling out of the differential box.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Drain the oil from the gearbox (see "Automatic Transmission - Oil Change").
3. Remove the drive (see "Front Wheel Drive - Removal and Installation").
4. Using a large slotted screwdriver or mounting blade, pry the oil seal out of the gearbox housing.

Installation
We lubricate the working edge of the new seal with transmission oil and press it in, using the old seal as a mandrel.
We replace the second wheel drive seal in the same way.
