1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the right and left side trims of the floor tunnel (see "Removal and installation of floor tunnel linings").

3. Press the lock and disconnect the three wiring harness connectors from the glass unit control unit one by one.

4. Unscrew one control unit mounting nut on both sides…

5. …and remove the unit from the car.

Note: This is what the glass unit control looks like, combining the functions of the anti-theft system, immobilizer and hazard warning light activation.

Note: There is a three-pin connector on the back of the unit for connecting an additional sensor (impact or change in interior volume), recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.

Note: Pay attention to its markings so that when replacing it, you can purchase the same unit.
