Removal
1. Prepare the vehicle for work and install it on an inspection ditch or overpass (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Disconnect the wire terminal from the negative terminal of the battery (see "Battery - Removal and Installation").
3. Remove the engine splash guard (see "Engine Mudguard - Removal and Installation").
4. Press the lock and disconnect the wire block from the generator.
5. Using a 13 mm wrench, unscrew the nut securing the power cable and disconnect the cable from the starter.
6. Using the TORX E10 key, unscrew the three mounting bolts.
Note: Third mounting bolt.
