We set the gear shift lever to neutral position and start the engine. After pressing the clutch pedal several times, listen to the sound of the gearbox bearings. It appears when the clutch pedal is released and disappears when it is pressed. Loud noise from bearings indicates that they are worn out.

We check the operation of the gearbox while driving. To do this, first moving with acceleration and then with deceleration, we shift gears up and then down. We check the clarity of gear engagement and disengagement while driving. operation of synchronizers. We make sure that there is no crunching, knocking or other extraneous sounds when the gearbox is operating, as well as spontaneous gear disengagement when the load changes.
